Gray Wellness is operated by The Wellness Concept Sports Club L.L.C. (“Gray”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 3rd floor, Kempinski Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy applies when you visit our club, use our website (graywellness.com), book a visit, apply for or hold a membership, use the SEVEN+ app to access Gray, or otherwise contact us. We process personal information in line with applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and address.

Identity information such as your date of birth, gender and a copy or number of your Emirates ID, passport or other government ID, which we require at registration.

Membership and usage information such as your membership plan, check-ins, class and service bookings, cancellations, freezes and transaction history.

Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Health and fitness information you choose to share with us, such as health declarations, training goals and information shared with our trainers and wellness practitioners.

Login information. The SEVEN+ app uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number.

Communications with us, including messages through our website chat, email, phone, WhatsApp and feedback forms.

Photos and videos taken at events and activities, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Information collected automatically when you use our website, described in section 7.

To set up and manage your membership, verify your identity, control access to the club and process payments.

To provide classes, training, spa and wellness services, and to manage bookings and waitlists.

To contact you about your membership, bookings, billing and club updates.

To send you news and offers, where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time (see section 8).

To improve our club, website and services, and to understand how they are used.

To keep our members, staff and premises safe, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests (such as running and improving the club and keeping it safe), and with your consent where consent is required, for example for marketing and non-essential cookies. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

Companies in the SEVEN group that operate shared systems for Gray, including the SEVEN+ app and our membership and customer records.

Service providers who work on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), customer relationship management, communications, website hosting and analytics. They may only use your information to provide services to us.

Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers, and authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights, members and staff.

A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of our service providers store or process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens we take steps required by applicable law to protect your information.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity. Our website chat is provided by Zoho SalesIQ.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to marketing text messages, or contact us at hello@graywellness.com. We will still send you messages about your membership, bookings and billing.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email hello@graywellness.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.

We keep personal information for as long as you are a member and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymise it.

We use administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect your personal information. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Our services are intended for adults. Minors may only be registered by a parent or guardian, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
